Collaborated closely with researchers and clients to gather requirements, align the frontend with backend features, and ensure the interface meets user needs and expectations. Engineered Power BI dashboards to dynamically display consumer sentiment analytics, directly linking Excel for enhanced data integration. Crafted a Python script for automated case management, significantly improving project workflow and efficiency. Authored a 22-page comprehensive documentation for the use of dashboards, reducing training time by 25% and ensuring seamless user adoption across the team.

Conducted UAT testing for the Change Team to validate new process updates for a critical banking system, ensuring seamless integration and functionality in production.
